  Returned due to being damaged on arrival, overall happy experience, seller offered discount along with keeping the item which didn't suit my circumstances, went through with return and refund was back in my account a day or so after giving to post office. Item was also not new as described, but this is fairly understandable due to original product age (this product appears to be refurbished). Thanks, pleasant seller experience.

  Wrong item. No communication or help to resolve. Contacted seller immediately upon receiving item to advise of this. No support on how to get the item I *actually* paid for or how to sort the issue. 72 hours later, I chased the seller, but still no response. Now on 10 days and zero communication. Now stuck with useless item AND out of pocket. Zero stars for item, seller and service.
