  Buyers beware. Seller sent completely different item which others sell for much cheaper. Seller would not pay for return of the wrong item that was sent because they claim postage was too dear. They offered a partial refund and suggested I could on sell the items. Seller now will not respond to latest communication. Unacceptable. I will be escalating this with eBay. Buyers beware.

  Item was received as described. However I ordered the wrong model, this is an oval shaped ear muff , my Jabra Evolve is round shaped. Seller agrees to refund 50% due to shipping fee back to seller is extravagant. Good and Honest seller.

  I never received my items as the courier company lost it in transit, but the seller was quite helpful with trying to resolve the issue and refunded me. The seller was also prompt to send the item when I ordered it, unfortunately i can't rate postage speed as i never received it. Seller 👍👍, courier company 👎👎
