When I received the watch, it seemed to be of good quality but there was a problem with 2 of the readings, so I reached out to seller, and they responded quickly to my issue. At first, they wanted to give me 70% credit and keep watch. In the end I agreed to receive approx. 85 percent credit and keep watch.
