  I've brought from this seller numerous times before and never had an issue. This time however, Royal Mail lost the keyboard and the seller didn't have a replacement so they refunded me. They did it without question so I really can't fault the service there. It's nice to know that the seller cares! I'll be back for more parts when needed. You too can buy with confidence.

  Supplier communications were excellent. Product is as described. The only negative, if buying from overseas, is the UK part of the shipping, where the goods remain static for over a week, and the terrible Pitney Bowes tracking system. If the supplier found a more efficient shipper then it would be perfect.
