Finally got the item after much back and forth with eBay and seller due to an unusual issue requiring the item to be relisted to finalize the transaction. Seller had to be nudged a few times by buyer, who even called eBay to tell seller how to resolve the issue; seller was a bit slow to sort out the whole thing, maybe a language barrier?
