  eBay gives estimated delivery dates and then contacted me for feedback a few dates after the latest date given. I explained I had not received item yet. I did not want a refund and was hoping item would arrive soon. Several days later it did arrive. This communication with eBay caused a misunderstanding with this vendor who became upset.
