  The item arrived promptly and packaged really well. It was advertised as a heavy duty rotovator. It was light weigh quality, but did appear to be a nice compact little machine. Unfortunately, the rotovator stopped working after only a few uses. I contacted the seller, and the communication was excellent. I had a prompt and supportive response. I sent pictures, but was informed that a refund had already been arranged for me. Although the item was not as expected the service given was faultless.

  Tow bar arrived in the time given. A problem with the courier company leaving the item on the outside of gates on an Industrial site on a Saturday evening. Item was taken in by Security and handed in later on Monday . The Seller has been very kind and offered compensation, but we've said no as its not his fault
