  The steam cleaner was received quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately there was a part missing (nut to connect steel extension arm to the grip). Seeler contacted and responded very quickly, explaining there may be a short delay in getting a replacement part. This has now arrived. Excellent communcation and customer service (despite me being disappointed at having to wait - I do understand that seller cannot open every package to check contents and has to relay on original manufacturer etc)

  The item arrived promptly and packaged really well. It was advertised as a heavy duty rotovator. It was light weigh quality, but did appear to be a nice compact little machine. Unfortunately, the rotovator stopped working after only a few uses. I contacted the seller, and the communication was excellent. I had a prompt and supportive response. I sent pictures, but was informed that a refund had already been arranged for me. Although the item was not as expected the service given was faultless.
