The seller was prompt, and the shipping time was appropriate. However, the item's appearance isn't exactly as described or pictured. It is supposed to be long-sleeved, but it is short-sleeved. The tie on the neck is much shorter than pictured. The color and fabric are nice, and it fits, so I won't be returning it. I understand that the discrepancies are minor and not necessarily the seller's fault.
