  Item described as white, was sent grey. In seller's reply they said that the picture showed a grey item. In half the pictures the item is white and most of the others could have been a white balance issue. Again, the item was stated as being white. I was offered a £1.06 partial refund for my 'unpleasant shopping experience' (i.e. being sent an item not as described in the listing), and told I can keep it or give it to someone else. I have decided to leave the appropriate feedback instead.
