  I received the ordered brooch in beautiful condition and just as described. Brooch was very well packaged. Seller accidentally shipped me the wrong item initially but immediately corrected the situation and insisted I keep the first item sent (which was also a beautiful brooch).   Wow, what a great seller! Item was well wrapped and promptly delivered. Somewhere in the seller's storage the finish on these shoes deteriorated. Tony's Cornucopia shipped the product and sent me a refund for the full amount + shipping without me asking. Shows that he wasn't willing to sell any item that did not meet THEIR standards.
