  Tony went above and beyond what is normally expected of a seller. He rushed this item to the post office just before closing, and assured I would get it the next day, which I did. The thermostat in my home quit working during a heat wave (with accompanying smoke from a wildfire). I had asked him to send his new thermostat ASAP, which he did.
