  Sometimes you just get lucky and the seller is selling something that’s exactly as described, at a really good price (with free shipping), and they mail it out immediately instead of printing a shipping label and then waiting a few days. Then you get the item and you can use it right away and you want to make sure that the seller gets credit for being one of the good ones by giving them a gold star or something but all you can do is leave a really good review so this is it. Buy from this seller!

  When they originally sent this item, I was informed that eBay shipping had noticed the item missing from the package. They informed the company, as did I and the company immediately replaced the item. Excellent people and company with which to work!

  There was a description error about the item location so it wasn’t delivered when I expected it. But in the end the item arrived in reasonable time and condition. The seller was willing to communicate and that’s a plus! The item itself is not great quality but it was also less expensive than the OE kit from Pfister. I would buy the Pfister next time and I will update my review if this kit fails prematurely.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! As I feared the parts failed and all messages asking for support were not answered. The bottom line is look at other negative feedback and you will see this seller gives no support when something goes wrong! It's plumbing so I had to buy replacements elsewhere to fix the issue. Ebay cannot help after 30 days so I will now involve my credit card company to get my money back but who needs all this hassle! You should buy elsewhere too YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
