  I ordered this at 14.45 on Friday, it’s arrived Saturday at 11.25! Wow impressive doesn’t express enough! Great item wrapped to perfection, package had been slightly damaged in post, nothing broken, just rip in package due to sharp edged container.   Item was supposedly delivered to my letterbox by courier Evri but was not there when I looked or anywhere else! Complained to Evri about unsafe delivery but eventually was told to inform the retailer of this incident. Gemma from Tools 2U Direct customer services was excellent in dealing wth me about this matter.Communication was great and she sent me a new set of spanners via Royal Mail this time.They have now arrived and I am happy with my purchase.   Positive outcome overall with items, however delivery tracking and information was confusing as tracking info was for DX couriors and i got updates saying they were delivering on two consecutive days and then everything in my order arrived packed together??, and items were actually delivered through Evri??
