The machine was first delivered by overnight freight, response times/comms in relation to a fault were all quick and helpful (including rapid re-collection at no cost to me), as was issue of requested refund. Machine description was detailed and accurate - unfortunately I just got a defective one.

Initially slow to respond to my messages regarding the issue though this did get better as they arranged to have the correct item delivered to me on a Sunday.
