First one delivered with damaged packaging and on inspection it had a kink! Blinking dpd. I did need it for something, but hey ho. Another one was posted out after the weekend, that one arrived straight! Can't grumble, the seller did their best. As a business seller, it appears they don't work on a weekend. They did everything promptly and courteously, and did resolve the issue i had which was admittedly not in their direct control as the item was damaged by the courier. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered a spirit level. I got an email confirming delivery, however I didn't receive the item as I was not at home. I contacted the seller who was very good and soon got back to me to inform me that courier had delivered to wrong address, this was soon sorted out. Courier redelivered to right address . Must say that the after sales was very good, item was very good value and I would use the company again. Once again thanks for sorting the delivery problem so quickly.
