    Two months later, the seller did not ship the item. Now the seller is demanding that I close the return case before he can issue any refund. The seller may not know the eBay rules. After the refund is processed, the case is automatically closed.

    The top half of the custom lettering was missing. It’s supposed to be the letter “L”. Did they think we wouldn’t notice? Seller was difficult to response from. Had to get eBay customer service involved. In the end I appealed to the eBay satisfaction guarantee to get my refund.
