  Received as described, in a flat package. Didn't read the full description so surprised the container box wasn't included. (In future could be flat packed too so buyer can reconstruct to store the papers) Also counted them and missing 3 packs. Not a problem considering the price.   10 separate individual black Bic pens, as ordered. Arrived safely in a jiffy bag. Royal Mail messed up, they said it was coming on the Wednesday, but it was in a London mail centre. Didn’t update me that it wasn’t arriving till the next day. Obviously wasn’t going to arrive that day, so it was delivered on the Thursday.

  Book of 4 pages, two pieces of card stapled together. Thought it was a card arriving through the post. Very disappointed with the poor value for money. I asked for a refund,seller said it was as described and argued it was good value as the postage was free.I had ordered another book from a different seller, same price,free postage and book was lovely quality, 86 pages and included a pen. I would never ever buy from this seller again. I feel like I've been completely ripped off. Lesson learned!
