I purchased this item on the basis of the photograph accompanying the advert - i.e. the hard plastic case. If I had wanted the squeezy tube version, which is what was actually sent!, I would have purchased from one of the many alternative sellers offering it at a cheaper price. So, as far as I am concerned, the product did not match the image shown - hence the 3* rating. Also, the box was packed separately and was squashed to get it in the envelope - not ideal if buying as a gift for someone!
