    Hello. Thank you for a most efficient sale. I have sent a separate reply. I was amazed by the fact that my Ebay order was despatched from Manchester, travelled 30 miles across the Pennines by a Saudi based courier, tracked on '17 Track' and finally delivered by Amazon with other items I had ordered from them entirely separately. The Amazon driver did not know he had delivered it. He had never heard of the courier you used and said did not have the item because he only delivered Amazon parcels!

    Unfortunately the item was cancelled as apparently a mistake had been made with the price offered to me. Then the item said it was dispatched even though it was cancelled and not sent. I reached out to the seller and asked if there was a possibility of resending an item for free as I then re ordered at double the price and had problems as described but they weren’t willing to do that. Very confusing
