Despite no instructions in the box I managed to figure my way around it with little to no help. The items came tidy and in mint condition. The shipping box was perfectly protected from weather elements as well. I raised questions with seller regarding the rear view camera connectivity. They happily responded. This is the biggest POS does not work with Amps. The sound quality is terrible.  the customer service is even worse. They want you to use something called WhatsApp they don't have a phone number if you have an issue and then it takes days for them to respond. Do not trust these people.
Even after messaging them multiple times they really didn't do anything to try to help or offer any refund
