    The item delivered in a doubly sealed container was not the item ordered the model number on both containers was correct; the mini oven delivered had a different model number and it was inferior to that ordered in that it lacked an interior light and the oven door was single glazed. I reported this to the seller giving them the details of model numbers etc. I have rejected the oven. The address EBay topchasing_us makes me think this is a scam as I have now sent six messages without result
