- a***a (1509)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasePity seller has adopted the Delivery by Royal Mail and then sending by EVRI/ HERMES for cheapness strategy as has loads of other sellers these days, I am fed up with having to put that I have placed the order because of the Royal Mail Delivery and even after doing that sellers sends via EVRI / HERMES & many times they get them sent back, not by me but EVRI / HERMES, because they will NOT deliver to me! Other than that the seller did change the courier to Royal Mail & the item was as described.

The problem was that they (the seller) don't do click and collect but Ebay puts a click and collect option on their listing and they (the seller) can't stop Ebay doing that so it is not their fault. The seller communications is 10 out of 10.
