Was offered partial refund - difference in price between what I paid and what seller advertises as 'like new'. Was not offered 'New' replacement and accepted partial refund as needed phone urgently. Don't know if this was a genuine mistake or seller no longer had phones in original packaging?

    Charger arrived broken. Then phone was broken too. They sent it in an envelope, so obviously that didn’t help. Tried a return, but they stopped responding. Getting eBay to step in now. Very unfortunate. Phone was advertised as new but just came in an envelope and was faulty. I have doubts about this seller.
