Worst seller I have ever dealt with on ebay. The item wasn't as described, then he asked me to destroy the item, in order to get a refund, which I did and sent a photo of the destroyed item to the seller multiple times. Seller pretended that he didn't receive the photo and asked me to pay for my own shipping to return the item. I escalated to ebay, they told me that I should not have destroyed item, and that seller has to provide a return shipping label, which he didn't, so ebay gave me a refund

I had received a broken lock, the seller wanted to argue there was nothing wrong with it. While in the pics, it was very clear something wasn’t right with the one. I was unable to set a combo, the arm wouldn’t lock, it was split down the center, large enough to pry open, along with a ratting noise inside. When they finally agreed in sending a new one. That I have never received… I will never buy from this seller again. As I hope no one else does. Horrible service. True tragedy

I SENT MY IMAGE TO BE INSERTED IN THE STAMP THEY FIRST ARGUE WITH ME SAYING SHOW US A SCREEN SHOT THAT YOU BOUGHT BLUE BECAUSE THEY MADE IT BLACK SO I SHOWED THEM THE PROOF AND THEY SENT MY STAMP WITHOUT FIRST ME APPROVING THE FINAL DRAFT. THERE EXCUSE WAS WE HAVE A CHINESE HOLIDAY THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT AMERICANS CUSTOMERS IT WOULD COST MORE TO RETURN IT

Sorry, just ink color black is different than blue that you wanted, please empty ink then added other color, as you said we sent a proof before hand, and we had waited for your proofing, unfortunately, you never replied to us before ebay shipping time ended, also 3 weeks holiday is ahead.
