All I got in reply was 7 to 10 days which is not what I expected. I was also informed Kardinal was the company dealing with the sale not Top Mobility Parts as advertised. The scooter was eventually delivered on Thursday morning on a pallet which because of my disiability I could not get it off the pallet. The van driver came to my rescue and got it off put it in the garage for me. Nice man.
