  It is a good bike, delivery was on time , box was a lot of damage, but bike was in good condition. Assembly was not easy as instruction sheet was not clear. Still brake is not fully working , I tried my best to make it tight but still not 100 % working. Folding the bike not very smooth, have to press hard and with the front basket and stabliser wheels , can't fold fully. So it's not worth to fold.So all of this , it's look like a bit over priced.

  Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you faced difficulty in assembling the cycle. Honeslty, you should've contacted me as I would've sent you easy to follow tutorial videos. Adjusting the brakes to perfection is quite simple once you know the trick, and the folding lever can also be adjusted to hard or loose as per your comfort level. Please reply to message I sent you in eBay with your email and I’ll send you the tutorial videos on how to adjust both the brakes and the folding lever.

  After riding the bike 3-4 miles a day for 3 days, I started to realise bike was not right; zero gear change, forks were shifting, pedal bolts bent, derailleur faulty, it became apparent on day 1 that the handlebars were too small for the frame and the grips were rock hard. Took it to bike repair centre. Forks had been fitted back to front at manufacture, L relay had broken, derailleur faulty + other dangerous faults. Cheap parts, not fit for purpose even after £67 repair + new parts.

  Thanks for your original feedback but for the follow up. I have been selling bikes for ages never had any issues with the quality of any of our bikes. When buyer made this claim I requested for the pictures of the parts he was claiming to be replaced but he never provided any details. If in actual there was something wrong with the bike he should have contacted us before getting it repaired and even after that I don't see any harm providing the requested information.
