The battery's I purchased as described but I did get one that was defective and would not charge. The seller handled the problem very well and in a timely manner. Things sometimes go bad but, in this case, I understand that the seller does not make the item I purchased so feel it was not their fault. If needed I would use this seller again in the future. They did offer a credit rather than a replacement more than likely easier than paying for return and shipping another battery. Thank You

Battery arrived on time, but there was no charger with the order as the description said. This was confusing to me and their drop down box did not clarify the matter. These people need to learn how to keep it simple and see it big. I could have purchase the battery at another site for less money. So, I ordered a charger from another vendor and this site lost my business. There is a price to pay for not keeping it simple. They did offer a $2.00 refund but still this should not have happened!.
