    I the beginning of contract the seller did not reply quickly but once he did understand that time is more important than money he did very good response and sort the matter out as quickly as possible by contacting the delivery team. Even though it was not his fault he did agreed to refund the postage cost. The Royal mail should not promise that 24 hour delivery , that mean guaranteed in 24 hours. So he can ask royal mail for explanation why they missed promises.
