  Initially I received the wrong boots but they sent me a mailing label and as soon as they got them back, they quickly mailed out the correct ones! They arrived very quickly!   This is my favorite boots I ordered 3 pairs in the last 10 years thay last about 3 years each I ware them everyday thay are soft, easy to break in, and look amazing. Great company, great communication, highly recommend, shipping a little slow not there fault however the shipper was DHL thay are the worse there so big thay don’t care about the customer I myself would recommend UPS, or USPS, FEDX, even snail mail is faster than DHL !!! . Otherwise I am very happy with my boots . Thank you ,

Even though the Seller indicated on his site, it would take longer to receive these boots than when we needed them by, we requested expedited shipping, which wasn't offered, but we decided to take a chance, and the Seller shipped them immediately and we actually received them a day before we needed them.
