Beware. Very dishonest, untrustworthy seller.I contacted seller on 21st. Item in photo was not item received.This was purchased as a Christmas gift. I received a much cheaper version, which I could have purchased for half the price I paid. Seller agreed that the photo was misleading and stated that they understood my complaint offered me 50% refund, but asked if they could send it the next day.A week later, and still no refund despite contacting seller...no response. Disgrace to Ebay

Refund was processed but takes to go through. Do not accept dishonest or untrustworthy seller if you look at all my positive reviews.

I received the item not as described, i charged the item with so many different chargers still not working I contacted the seller to return the item and get a refund seller not have not send me a refund address I am really disappointed with the seller I would never buy again.

Hi buyer thanks for the review but this is just factually incorrect. I am more than happy to give you a refund for the item you want to return. You have opened up the wrong type of request and cannot be given a postage return label until you open up the correct return request.
