  Bought a signed mini helmet,upon opening the parcel the helmet packaging was pretty damaged.There were no pictures or info of the damage in the listing.It was sent to me this way because the parcel box was perfect.I reached out to the seller hoping for a replacement shell,but was told “most buyers don’t care about packaging unlike collectible toys” well some people care…like me.When buying anything new you have expectations that it arrives in good shape,unless otherwise noted.Not cool Heidi

  Signed Item received was exact item that was pictured in mint condition. I am sorry the plastic box was damaged but I do not carry extra empty cases and offered a full refund if they wanted to return the item. Customer declined.
