They then asked me to ship the item to the correct address, but gave me a shipping label that wouldn't work, and kept guranteeing my actual item was on it's way while ignoring my request for a tracking number so I could confirm that was true. Instead of providing me the correct label, they asked me to pay out of pocket to ship it to the correct address, and said they would repay me once I had, all while still not providing me proof my item was coming.
