They had a clear description of the product & also ‘accepted returns’ which gave me confidence to purchase but the item delivered contained less than half of the contents described & this was identifiable without even needing to open! On requesting a return the seller has ‘gone to ground’ and neither accepted the return or engaged any dialogue positively. IClearly chancing they hit someone who doesn’t know what they’re buying! Shameful, AVOID
