    The line was as advertised and priced competitively. Dispatched was notified promptly and packaging suitably protective. However, the courier, Amazon, was abysmal. True it was delivered in the forecast window but on 30/9 it was promised for 1/10. Only mid-2/10 was it reported as "running late" and would be delivered mid-pm2/10. ITM the system wouldn't allow me to manage options e.g. leave in safe place. As a result, I spent almost 2 days hanging around waiting for the package to be delivered.

    Bivvy was delivered very quickly and was as described, absolutely no issue with the seller, however fed ex who delivered it are a disgrace, £900 parcel threw over a 6ft fence onto next doors paving slabs, so not only wrong address, also told my delivery was coming on the 26th, it was delivered on the 24th, therefore already had gone out,, and to have a 14.5 kg parcel with delicate parts dropped over 6ft is disgraceful,,

    You can’t beat these for the price, I have a couple of these and they do the job nicely. Easy to use and they take a 9v battery that is available everywhere. Great seller, item was exactly as described with fast delivery. Fully updated tracking and excellent communication.
