    Next day delivery did not happen despite me ordering well before the advertised cut-off time. The courier (EVRI) threw the package into an empty neighbouring property. The seller wanted me to contact the courier or attempt to access the property (which is trespassing!) to retrieve the parcel. This is NOT my responsibility. Slow comms throughout. Awful customer service. Ebay case opened for refund. Will not be using again

    Terrible service by EVRI !!! They left the package in an open public space 400m from our home, so could easily have been stolen. They didn't even bother using the intercom they left the package next to!!! DO NOT USE EVRI !!
