    Next day delivery did not happen despite me ordering well before the advertised cut-off time. The courier (EVRI) threw the package into an empty neighbouring property. The seller wanted me to contact the courier or attempt to access the property (which is trespassing!) to retrieve the parcel. This is NOT my responsibility. Slow comms throughout.
