I’m beyond upset … the seller collected my money and I still haven’t recived my purchase , instead they came up with a story that it was defective and that another one will be shipped but they are just giving me one story after another , they delivered a rope as a gift and as a sorry …on my tracking they said my purchase was delivered but it wasn’t it was only rope …. I’m disgusted how this company handles these things …first time I have bought something through ebday and my experience not good
