  The shipper must do a better job on packaging. Driver shaft could have been damaged. I've received other golf equipment from other sellers that use higher quality shipping boxes that do not get damaged. The UPS delivery person stated that this is the worst type of packaging for a driver shaft. He stated his fishing poles get 10x better shipping packages and they don't bend or come apart. Hope you do a better job next time. I'd chose a NEUTRAL rating but the system defaults to positive.

  A very good Seller who communicated brilliantly and helped with tracking late delivery ( nearly 8 weeks) and had Packaged the shafts in a plastic tube which protected them on their 6500 mile journey,..Thank you. No thanks to Ebay Commerce or USPS Humble TX and after buying on Ebay over 300 times I am now extremely loathe to do it again. USPS in TX and Illinois were USELESS, and so were DHL in Illinois Ebay export hub. Prices Ebay charge for International Shipping deserve a much better service
