Item was advertised as used (working) but on receipt was found to be completely DOA. So why the positive review? Quite simply the seller was awesome handling the return, great communication and refund issued while Evri still have the return in transit (for over a week!).
We all know things go wrong from time to time, but it's how sellers deal with it that makes the difference. Despite the initial disappointment, I'd have no hesitation from buying from Stort-Tech again.

The item I purchase was damaged during postage, clearly no fault of the seller as the items was packaged well.
When I reported the problem to the seller, her response was excellent, she was keen to resolve the problem and communication was excellent, a full refund was given.

Got this for my friends boy. He was expecting something beaten up and barely functional. He was disappointed and over the moon as that does not describe this PC. Seller packed the PC extremely well (took us 20 minutes to fully unbox) and it looks barely second hand. Seller got it to us pretty fast too. Would definitely buy again from this seller.

Postage excessive, poorly packed in a cut to size reused box. My PC arrived unbootable, which I had to fix myself, no VGA port and a BIOS password set. Seller of little help, best I could get was an email reply if I was lucky though I did get a partial refund of the postage which I had to drag out of them. I advised them to fix the description as mine was clearly advertised with a VGA port, luckily I switched to HDMI as my monitor allowed it, others may not be so lucky.
