Careless seller using inadequate packaging/ box. The Steiff bear 34 cm long arrived bend due to being cramped into a flimsy box only 30 cm long - smaller than size of bear. In addition the box was handed over by DPD badly crushed and torn. Messaged seller with photos, seller responded, no apology but stating “ We send hundreds of bears the same way without an issue. Well clearly as photos show there are issues here!!!

The item was dual packaged, both bags and boxed, and sent by premium next day service all for free. And the item was undamaged and the buyer refused a return. Her real complaint was she wanted it ready gift wrapped so she did not have to do anything, and when she found out that is not the case, has kept going on about the 'packaging', even though the item is undamaged. Also the courier photo show hardly any damage on delivery so she as exaggerated the photo for extra effect.

At no point did I ask for gift wrapping in my messages to you, nor did I refuse a return. I did not want the hassle of a return so shortly before Christmas. Why are you denying the extent of damage to the box when all photos send to you and attached to my feedback clearly show how badly it was crushed. ( don’t know why eBay is not showing these photos yet, maybe at a later date) 2 photos showing bear inside box and out of box all bend. Stop making things up and accept the bear was badly packaged
