Great seller item came bashed up on the cardboard box this is not the sellers fault but got damaged in transit by the looks of it the box the actually item was in good condition so i was pretty lucky

Package received on time well packaged however there was a crack not disclosed in description which clearly already there. I contacted them and offered as goodwill i would accept £3 so i could get epoxy to fix. They replied saying i was extorting them?? Said i should return except my son needed it and could not get another in time so i checked it worked (it does) and will live with it. Buyers beware descriptions (their photo conveniently didn’t show part with crack on!) and beware attitude.

Buyer has been reported to ebay for extortion and blackmail claimed the item was damaged so he was offered to return the item so we could inspect, we them received a message saying to issue a partial refund or he would leave negative feedback awful behaviour
