  Customer service was extremely good. First time ordering from eBay Japan and probably won't be the last. Shipping time was incredibly quick and the seller worked with on any issues I had. I was also given confirmation when the package was sent out. Laptop arrived as shown in the pictures and everything looks to be in order. Laptop was packaged extremely well and I got a really good deal for what I got. I would highly suggest this seller if your looking for something from eBay Japan.

  The package was packed well enough to ensure the figures were not damaged. Shipping took about a week. Everything I received was exactly as I expected and was of great quality. Getting figures in the U.S. can be difficult due to resalers but I believe that the price was fair and not exorbitant, unlike many resalers on ebay. I would recommend them if you are looking for a reputable seller!
