Top class customer service, I was sent the wrong bike by mistake. Contacted them via ebay messaging and explained the situation. I was asked too send a picture of the label and box and then the next day the wrong bike was collected by dad and the following day again the correct bike arrived by dad all of which was done very quickly and smoothly at no additional cost too myself. My son is extremely happy with the bike and it was brand new condition still, highly reccomend!
