I sent the image from FedEx showing the package was delivered to the wrong address, and the seller refused to issue a refund even though I never received the package. The seller made it sound like they were going to send a replacement, but they never did, so I ended dup having to purchase another one since it was for my son's birthday and he was already expecting the package (spider man mask). Very disappointed with my first ebay experience. I cannot recommend this seller or ebay to anyone.

While I appreciated the cost-saving effort, the tank was wrapped in a sticky plastic tape, detracting from its new, shiny look. After reporting the issue, the seller offered a modest partial refund as compensation. Though not fully satisfied with the purchase, I'm relieved the item itself has no further damages, and it's fully operational, maintaining its functionality.
