  The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered. I reached out to them, and they were kind enough to discuss the issue and agreed to refund 50%, which I appreciate. They are a good seller, but I would suggest taking extra care in checking items before listing and shipping. I also noticed that several other customers have faced similar issues, so improving this process would make the experience even better.

A++++ Nothing against the seller but this is due to ebay's latest forced change for private sellers and how it's affecting me and ever their increasing costs/premiums/rules of postage for selling on ebay despite their BS claim it's now FREE FOR PRIVATE SELLERS, so disgusted with their latest moved has made me use my #VoteWithYourFeet policy and quit using ebay completely, for both selling AND purchasing
