    The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered. I reached out to them, and they were kind enough to discuss the issue and agreed to refund 50%, which I appreciate. They are a good seller, but I would suggest taking extra care in checking items before listing and shipping. I also noticed that several other customers have faced similar issues, so improving this process would make the experience even better.

    Initially the item delivered was not the amount I had ordered. But after I sent the required proof I was offered a partial refund which was acceptable.
