They were packed fairly well-but were kind of balled up inside the interior manufacturer packaging.These ice packs are quite fragile and need to be packaged extremely carefully... There does appear to be small heat-sealing defects once the individual manufacturer zip-loc packing was opened. In any case, the price was great and I think they should be ok... !
