    New Roman blind kit from Tracy’s. There was a problem with the delivery and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was very good and although there was a delay with the delivery, staff went out of their way to resolve the problem. I have bought from this firm before, and despite the delivery glitch I would buy from them again. Customer service excellent and I would recommend.
