  I ordered a phone case over a week ago (7th Feb) and at first the seller told me next day a) they got the image I asked for, and b) that they would dispatch it. It was supposed to arrive by 10th Feb but it's the 15th now 😡 I reported the issue on the 12th and still the seller hasn't had the decency to do anything about it 😡 I messaged them yesterday and so far they've completely ignored me 😡 They may have many glowing reviews, but they obviously decided *I'm* not worthy of what I PAID for 😡
